Here is miss A***s on the tall bike. That girl can ride any bike. I tried to talk her out of the Surly Steamroller - that beauty of hers. I mean, she's moving to work at Serotta in NY. She can just torch up a new one! Betty welder.

If you ever do yoga...stick with it. I have been off my mulabonda's for about 3 months now. That is correctly spelled as "mula bandha". HOLY DOWNWARD DOG. I like this crap. Feels good to be twisty again. ommmmmm.
