We went to Chicago last Christmas and visited a water park thing - and these Beluga Whales were there. They are really alien like - and always look they are happy and smiling. I could have sat there and watched them for hours. It was very peaceful and calming. They made these fun squeaks and low moaning sounds too.

I'm back in Ashtanga Yoga and it's kicking my ass. My hips are killing me - and I'm sore all over. I'm realizing how inflexible I am. It's pretzel yoga.
