girls and racoon
today was maintenance day. i went to get my hair cut and highlighted. just like a girly girl, i've been looking forward to this all week. i guess it's sitting in the chair having your hair done. sounds so retarded, but it's a very nice thing. my stylist is really pretty too.
the shop that i go to does charity hair events, where they go to homeless shelters or women's shelters and do their hair. how luxious for those folks!
this is some good street art i saw in the parking lot. so very lovely. thieving little racoon. and sweet cut off head girl.
i had my favorite magazines to read at the shop. BUST and Tricycle. These are so the opposite but in some weird way the same. sorta?
Then on to take my poor pink and black pup to the vet. He is a rescue that came to us with Demodex mange. He had treatment before we got him from his wonderful foster mom at Blue Dog Rescue - but it has resurfaced. He was brought to the shelter in awful condition, full on mange and in line for being destroyed. His owner was prosecuted for neglect. So - anyway: I have him on recommended supplements to treat it holistically ... but, it's gotten bad enough that i am going to go through with dipping to help him get through this and then continue on the supplements to boost his immune system.
ok enough bout all that serious shit. let's talk about getting your hair done again.
