What do you do after you get your teeth cleaned? Why you go eat singapore tofu at a Pho House.
i thought i was ordering a vermicelli dish -- it seemed to be under that topic heading. the waiter is walking up to me with this FIRE RED plate of .. what is that? i stare at it. the little red chili peppers are all over....the food is red. it's very lovely.
what could i do? i ate it. now i like some spice. hot sauce, mexican food....but ohmygod. this went down hard. i skipped some chewing just to get it past my taste buds and into my throat. (i think that's the route) i want to see the people that order this plate.
so. yes. your question. affirmative. later i paid for it. dearly. let's just say...i feel cleansed.
