a wedding, a ride and a storm

that sums up the weekend. here are my friends kate & eric visiting from durango for jo's wedding. it was a nice lowkey event outdoors. kate sews wonderful things and they both ride bikes....alot....up in those mountains. it was good to visit. saturday morning some of us girls met up with kate out to a local trail, reimers ranch, and did a few spins on it. as jennifer put it, 'once megan endo'ed, we were all scared to try anything. u know how girls are.' haha....not really. we all kept riding and trying stuff, cept that one spot that did me in. we'll get that one next time. no worries.

sunday we were greeted by dark rolling thunderstorms. about all day. it was nice really and made for a relaxing day. i sat outside with molee and read a magazine and watched the rain. it was soothing. then we headed out later for some yum mexican food at polvos. they do it right. in fact, they got my order wrong (but greg traded and gave me his which had the mole sauce....ahhhhh) and so the waiter brought out another margarita for me. now that's damn fine service senor. gracias and buenos noches.
