me knickers

more rain today. august in texas. can you say global warming? hell i dunno. just seems odd. so on days like this i like to pull out me hypnotic designs knickers. i love these pantolas. i've had them going on 3 years now and after 2 pavement crashes - no rips and they look exactly as they did when i got them. sturdy and seriously comfy. i like the stitching too. a guy named jack ouside of san francisco makes them. i had a chance to meet him and his wife last year when we were there for the grand prix race. they are good people - if you are in need of some threads that will last through many many rides...i recommend them. they are pricey. and he talks about this in his blog. thing is: they last - it's an investment in a product that has a very long shelf life. the material he uses is so durable. and the comfort level is supreme....i wear them all the time. and i like supporting local craftsmen and women. there's a passion to what they do and put into their work/product. the knickers have a bit of a lining inside so they are kinda warm for the really hot days. othewise, no downsides. they have womens specific ones too now. pay cranky a visit - hypnotize me. here's the rain from da home office. rain makes things kinda moody. that's fun. and my slacker officemates with mummy frog. so what are u wearing today?
