commuting at 8042'

i just experienced 2 degrees of bike separation. lesse. i met jack when i bought some knickers from him - a cool guy up in northern california. he is friend's with timmyp and one time said to him - 'hay go have a look at this girls website in austin'. then, i found tim's website from someone getting to here from there and went and checked his out. and damn. if i don't have a new friend. so this is his surly - a photo he took. badass huH? looks fun - yes? he lives at 8042' outside of boulder, co and commutes to work at 5400' - 20miles one way. and apparently he likes to make it fun. :-) they have a bike gang called the RigidKnickerClub - cuz they are all crazy and riding single and rigid and knickers! altitude will do that to you. i'm impressed and happy to have met him and look forward to his posts and beautiful fotos of the upcoming winter & bikes and of course all the beers and liquor they apparently consume. ha. my kinda folks. go have a visit and enjoy what's up at 8042'. bike folks rule.
