I am sure all the little kids in the hood hate me. last year we didn't get any trick or treaters. and this year the streets were teaming with the little monsters. I took molee out for a walk around 7 and we quickly had to get back in. there were so many people out and about, he was in excitability heaven (still training him to leash walk). we came in, I turned off the porch light and closed the blinds. or I guess I could have gone to the door and said stuff like: "jesus doesn't like this holiday and we don't hand out candy." I got told this one year when I was a kid trick or treating. none of this makes sense when your a kid hopped up on halloween happiness and sugar. look lady: jesus told me to tell you to play along. now trick or trick.

we took off for downtown at 8:15pm, g split off to 6th street to hang out and I rode on to the ped bridge for the checkpoint race. we were gonna meet up later. ha. I forgot this was the NUT'S race. later never happens.

I mapped out the race route to see how many miles we got in. check the route here - it ended up in total ~31miles.
