well. i had a hypervenelation moment this morning when i thought it was APRIL 18, and not MARCH 18. i have a very hard time of keeping track of time. for instance, i thought sxsw was just gearing up (the music part) and would be going on through next weekend. then, i thought taxes were due like 3 days ago. i haven't paid bills this month either. my house is a mess and i still haven't answered lee's email. i fail miserably as an adult sometimes.

so is this rain sticking around? i had plans of being out on the bike all day. hopefully it will break up soon. or will just be a wet butt riding day. don't forget:

there was some good loud music up on north loop, a few blocks from our house, last nite. i wanted to go. monkey wrench books is up there, as is forbidden fruit, the parlour, room service, arat indian food, the peddler bike shop, a record/cd shop and music shop. its a good neighborhood stomping ground.

check this out. a vulture landed on the window sill outside my office. he waddled the course of the building up and down the sill. we were running from office to office watching him. then he finally took off. i like ugly beautiful things.
