you know when your brain is all clogged up, your computer is slow - is there such a thing as shaken computer syndrome and if so i am guilty - and you just ate a a bag of chips (baked...but still) - time to ride. i bundled up, punched out and got in a nice 27m chilly ride. good cold air in the lungs. makes you feel alive. invigorating. came back. felt better.

bike as therapy.



my girl was out of school all week. due to the nits problem. so 2nd week that i couldn't visit with her. i know its a tedious procedure to get rid of them....but her counselor says her mom isn't making a very good effort. she was going to visit m and her sister and mom this afternoon to check in on them. i hope she will be back in school next week. can you convince a 4th girl that shaved heads are cool?
