hard to find firewood in april
but i scrounged up something. it's been sleeting all morning. weird. i declared today: pajama lounging day by the woodstove.
i have yet to post up the full moon cruze photos. that was a fun ride. i dont think he had a clue that many people would show up. prolly around 70-100. about what me and whitney had on ours last summer. its not easy leading around that many people. we lost some on our ride. due to police encounters - and many taking evasive actions then regrouping. that was unfortunate. you never really plan for that many people. but everyone seems to have a good time and accept it as loosely organized and to just hang on. its always best to show up with a friend or make some friends on the ride. there's lots of little subgroups that form on these rides. we stop to let everyone catch up. its all good.
i broke off at IM fields for home. waved goodbye and was happy to have been with friends riding a massive bike ride on the streets of austin.
