my pants think i'm 3
i have a pair of pants that i wear alot. i think they are north face or patagonia. they are durable on the bike and comfy. but in order to wear them i have to zip, button 2 buttons, and tie.
i think that is overkill for an adult pair of pants. whats wrong with a simple zip and button. do the people that made these pants really not trust us enough to keep them up? are they afraid there is a large segment of the population that left to their own devices would wander around unbeknownst (thats a word right?) to them that their pants are at their ankles? is this some sort of marketing prank where they sat around a table and decided to make everyone work really hard every time they put their pants on? is there a hidden camera somewhere? i've had to resort to untying and unbuttoning about 5 steps before i get to the stall, so that i get a head start on getting out of my pants. i dunno. im just sayin.

NEXT WEEK: Learn about that thing between your legs. brought to you by Yellow Bike and Free Skool
From the Frame Up: Parts 1 and 2
Tuesday, September 11 7:00 & Tuesday, September 18 7:00 Yellow Bike Project, Main Shop 2013 E. 31 St.
In this two part series, Yellow Bike will delve into the nitty-gritty of bike repair. Not only will we learn to fix wobbly wheels and replace broken axles, we'll open up our bikes and explore first-hand the inner-workings of these two-wheeled wonders. Think of it as an anatomy class for bikes, combined with a crash-course in open-heart cycle surgery.

Some crag climber probably lost her pants in 130 mph winds while scaling cliffs in Tibet, and she came back demanding a high security dungaree fastening system.
